Required Documents:

1. Copy of your Govt. Issued IDs (PR Cards & Drivers License)
2. Current Letter of Employment for both of you
3. Last 3 months’ paystubs
4. Previous employment - name and Length of stay (if current employment is less than 3 years)
5. 2020 T4 and 2021 T4 (for both)
6. Current Address and Length of Stay, Own or Rent? If rent, what amount of monthly rent?
7. Previous Address (if the current address is less than 3 years – require 3-year history)
8. 90 days bank statement from which the deposit, downpayment, and closing costs are coming; PLEASE do not make any significant purchases, apply for any loans, use any Line of Credit if possible and avoid transactions over $2,000 (all incoming and outgoing money must be traced)
9. Any significant debts or liabilities? Car loan, etc. - please advise of any outstanding balance, loan statement, minimum payment
10. Assets - Any RRSP, TFSA, Investment accounts, savings - approximate amount?
11. Credit scores for you both - do you have a copy of your credit report? If yes, please send it.
